If you would like to cancel an order it must be done before I have begun production. After production has begun, cancellations will be dealt with on a case-by-case basis.

Processing Time

Processing time varies by item. We aim to have all orders completed within 1-2 weeks, but during our busy season (October-December) your order may take up to 3-4 weeks depending on our order queue.


Shipping is an option, but we do offer free pick up for local customers! We are located in St. Thomas, Ontario, but also have a pick-up location in London, Ontario Monday-Friday from 8am-4:30pm. Use the code LOCAL at checkout to dismiss the shipping charges if you plan to pick up.
All packages will be shipped using Canada Post.

All items shipped will have a tracking number included. 
If your shipping label ends up costing less than what you paid, we'll refund the overage!

Please make sure your address is correct before submitting your order. I am not responsible if a package is returned due to an incorrect address. If a package is returned because of this, the buyer is responsible for the cost to re-ship.

The buyer is responsible for all customs charges that may be incurred.

Within Ontario, estimated delivery date is up to 5 business days.
Within Canada, estimated delivery date is up to 7 business days.
International delivery date is between 7-10 business days to US.

For outside of North America, delivery can take up to a month depending on the location.

Refunds and Exchanges

There are no refunds once your order has shipped. Items are made to order and a portion of your payment goes directly towards non-reimbursable services such as time spent designing, making, packaging, shipping and conversing about your order. If you are unsatisfied with your order, please contact me so I can work to resolve the issue as best I can!
